October 9- November 27 2022 | Sundays, 5-8 P.M.
Beginning October 9, Faith will begin hosting Families Count, a ministry of Lifeline Children’s Services that provides Biblically based parenting classes for parents seeking restoration with children who have been removed from their homes. Classes are on Sunday nights, October 9–November 27, 5-8 p.m. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide gospel hope and service to our community, but we need your help!
You can serve in one of the following ways: 1) be a mentor, 2) serve dinner one week 3) work in the nursery during class or 4) provide transportation for a parent to Families Count class.
Volunteering at Families Count in one of these four ways only commits you to one Sunday at a time, and you may not be needed the entire duration of the class. We encourage you to get involved, because even the smallest act can make a big difference in the lives of these families. To sign up to serve, contact Rich Vest today!
Urban Hope Leadership Initiative (UHLI)
If you or someone you know may be interested in hiring one of our UHLI Fellows starting in September, we are looking to connect our participants with equitable jobs in their field of interest with Christian employers. Please email Noah Despinasse if you have questions or opportunities.
