In 1984, God burdened the heart of Jenny Doss to reach women dealing with crisis pregnancies by starting a center in Shelby County, Alabama. Since the opening of its doors in 1985, thousands of lives have been saved.

Sav-A-Life Shelby’s mission is to develop a culture of life where abortion is unnecessary and undesirable in Shelby County while also offering the hope of the gospel.

 The Pregnancy Resource Center of Sav-A-Life in Pelham, Alabama, offers help and hope through compassionate care and support. The center provides free and confidential pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, abortion information, parenting classes, and material assistance.
