Alex and Suzanne have been involved in full-time ministry in Lyon since 2001, the year they were married. Alex leads a budding church-plant near the center of the city. Together with Suzanne, they seek to glorify God through communicating the Gospel message to as many people as possible. They pray that many would come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ, and as a result, the church would grow and in time other churches would be established. Also that there would be a positive, visible impact on this urban area in Lyon, which is the second largest in France.

Alex and Suzanne have two adult children: Matthieu (8/13/02) and Timothee (5/12/04), and and four children at home: Etienne (7/28/07), Vallouise (4/5/10), Augustin (4/23/14), and Violette (4/23/14).
