MNA Disaster Response serves churches as they seek to minister to those impacted by disaster. Join us on Saturday, March 4 from 9:00–11:30 a.m. as we learn more about the ministry and how they operate, how we can get involved, and what a typical response looks like.
Mike Kennamer is the regional specialist for Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia and manages the
MNA Disaster Response Warehouse in Rome, Georgia and will lead this training session. Disaster response is a ministry of mercy that opens doors to ministry of the Word. If you enjoy helping others but you don’t always know how you can best serve, this is the training for you as Mike will cover at least 15 ways to get involved in the ministry (and only a couple require going to a disaster site). Those who are interested in further involvement will learn about additional training opportunities and next steps in getting involved in the ministry.
