DESCRIPTION:The Urban Hope Leadership Initiative is a nine-month Christian leadership program for African American recent college graduates based in Fairfield\, Alabama. Rooted in faith\, the program equips Fellows through intentional community\, discipleship\, leadership development\, and hands-on service\, helping them grow into faithful Christian leaders who use their God-given gifts to serve others. \nWe are asking members at Faith church to think and pray about partaking in this program by employing a program participant.
